Single Component Polyurethane Resins
An easy to use flexible to semi rigid injection polyurethane resin where water or moisture is present. When injecting into dry soils, pre–wet the target area to initiate setting. Ideal in ground consolidation, sealing of cracks and filling of cavities. Different resins are available, depending on the target zone materials to be injected.
Two Component Polyurethane Resins
Nordic Geo Support offers an easy to understand, easy to use range of two component polyurethane injection resins developed for permanent applications. Depending on the target zone and project needs, we have the solution at hand. Applications include the sealing of joints and connections in construction elements, sealing of ground water ingress, repairs of dams, and filling of cracks and fissures.
Two Component Silicate Resins
Nordic Geo Support offers an easy to understand, easy to use range of two component silicate injection resins developed for permanent applications. Depending on the target zone and project needs, we have the solution at hand. Applications include sealing of joints and connections in construction elements, sealing of ground water ingress, repairs of dams, and filling of cracks and fissures.
Acrylate gels are ideal injection materials that are suitable for the stabilisation of dry and moist gravel and sand bases and hence to create ground stabilisation. Similarly, crack injection in concrete structures requires products that are capable of addressing movement, expansion and contraction as well as water bearing situations that can jeopardise the safety of a structure. Feauture of acrylate gels include:
- Viscosity is comparable with the one of water – thus hair-line cracks can be grouted successfully
- Penetrates even into fine sandy soils
- Successful grouting into micro cracks.
- Adjustable to soil conditions
- Solidifying and sealing effect in one operation
- No risk of corrosion on the reinforcement
- High mechanical strength
